Business Development/Marketing/Outreach Coordinators PRN has an opportunity (Nationally) that you should hear about.This is a career position, not just a job. You will be responsible for expanding our Clients Treatment Center marketing initiatives to develop, grow, and maintain both new and existing relationships within the business and social service community to generate referrals through an established marketing campaign, self-established relationships, and working with management to contribute to strategic planning for overall marketing.   • Branding, marketing, and representing our facility to other addiction and medical professionals in our region with the goal of building long-lasting professional referral relationships.
  • Contact and develop relationships with potential clients and referral sources including but not limited to individuals, case managers, health care providers, businesses, non-profit organizations.
  • Building community relationships, sponsoring selected events, and other related public relations functions.
  • Distribute brochures, business cards, and all marketing materials on behalf of Clients Treatment Center with existing and non-existing relationships in the recovery industry community.
  • Seek EAP and Human Resources contacts at corporations and unions to produce referrals and explain how they could benefit from our services and relationship.
  • Handle follow-up phone calls and client interviews - discover client concerns and assist in managing those concerns.
  • Advise our management team on patient feedback and identify areas where patient satisfaction can be improved.
  • Making cold calls to 12 step programs, halfway houses, medical offices, practitioners, and all other industry relevant treatment centers.
  • Advise on trends in potential client/patient needs and preferences and assist in identifying areas of service that can incorporate into our business to increase patient criteria and matches.
  • Assist in the development of internal marketing plans to target existing and past clients to increase direct referrals from existing and past clients and their families.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ability to manage and maintain industry partnerships and relationships, experience collecting and understanding analytics, handling inbound contact, developing a company voice/customer experience and can coordinate all outreach activity.
  • Must have minimum 2 years experience in the Substance Abuse field with an active book of referrals.
