Our client is seeking an Outreach Coordinator/Business Development Representative for their PHP/IOP program, specifically in Oregon, Vermont and North Dakota.This is truly a fantastic opportunity for growth in this industry. The Outreach Coordinator will promote the company’s programs in community service areas through marketing the entire spectrum of company’s services by direct personal contact with existing and potential referral sources while providing service in support of referrals and contributing to the welfare of suffering clients and families.
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for generating admissions every month. Along with developing new key contacts (treatment centers, therapists, psychiatrist, attorneys, interventionist, etc.) It is the responsibility of the Outreach Coordinator to nurture established key contacts (treatment centers, therapists, psychiatrists, attorneys, etc)
It is important for the Outreach Coordinator to develop a deep understanding of the company, specifics and utilization, and indications for using for using the company’s services and competent understanding of substance abuse, addictions and Psychiatric Disorders, and trends in substance abuse and Psychiatric Disorders in treatment both locally and nationally.
The Outreach Coordinator will promote and market the company and its programs to all referral sources through face to face contacts within the defined geographic target areas. The Outreach Coordinator will also determine customer needs with regard to services.  Implement plans and programs to meet customer needs and increase awareness of services to maximize utilization.
Experience and Education Required 
  • Minimum of one  (1) years marketing and clinical outreach experience.
  • Evidence of relationships within the industry.
  • Proven success in direct personal marketing and clinical outreach.
  • Demonstrated public speaking skills.
  • Proven ability to work without close supervision.
  • Knowledge of 12-step program and Psychiatric disorders and treatment
