Board Certified Psychiatrist

Currently seeking a part-time or full-time psychiatrist for our client in various locations throughout Pennsylvania. The psychiatrist must have experience working with adults, adolescents and within the addiction field. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients who suffer from psychiatric illness and participate in enhancing psychiatric care delivery in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Educate staff on best practices in the management of co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders.
  • Propose, develop, and implement best practices in psychiatric care delivery.
  • Propose, develop, and implement improvements in the process of psychiatric care.
  • Work collaboratively with other physicians and staff to ensure the best possible psychiatric treatment for patients
Experience and Education Required:
  • Board Certified Psychiatrist, MD or DO
  • At least 2 years within the addictions field
  • Experience with co-occurring disorders
  • Doctorate from an accredited university
  • Buprenorphine license required
  • Must have acquired all required state licensures
  • Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Must maintain CPR and First Aid certifications
